Parking

Parking will be available to all participants and guests.

Use the on-site kiosk or the pay-to-park app.
You will need to enter your license plate + the event code.

The event code will be provided during the week of the event.

Do you have to be registered to attend?
Yes, please make sure all your friends and family who plan on attending register online. 

Where do I go when I arrive?
Check in at the Registration Tent to pick up your bib and participant items.

Bibs
You will pick up your walk bib (worn on the FRONT of your shirt) at registration when you check in.

Check-in begins at 8:00 AM 
Get there early to enjoy all our activities!

Virtual participants
Post and tag your photos when you’re out and about with #Knowovarian.

Team pick-up
T-shirts can be picked up at the Registration Tent. If you have a team of 5 or more people, we will BUNDLE your team shirts - please send ONE person from your team to pick up from the Registration Tent. The T-shirts for the top three teams will be available at their respective top team tents. The leading teams will receive notifications confirming their status.

Survivor Pavilion
The Pavilion is open to all ovarian cancer survivors, offering complimentary services and goodies for a day of celebrating the strength and resilience of those who have fought against this disease. Come make new connections, leave your mark on the Survivor banner, and more.

Spirit Tent
Create your own team sign, make a noise shaker, enjoy face painting, play games, and participate in other fun activities for the whole family.

Chance to Win Tent
Shop for our cause! Whether you're looking for the perfect holiday gift or want to treat yourself to something special, here you'll have a chance at some incredible prizes.

Memorial Tent: Forever in Our Hearts

We want to honor those who attend in remembrance of a loved one. If you are a legacy family, please bring a photo to hang in our memorial tent and write a message to honor those who are gone too soon.

Mission Village
We invite you to explore Mission Village and learn more about the critical work being done in your community and beyond to support survivors, caregivers, and loved ones.

Team Village
Top teams and individuals will have a designated area to gather before and after the event. Those who qualify will be notified in advance of the event.

Teal Swap Table
Teal items deserve a second chance! Please bring them to our swap table and watch the magic happen. Your once-loved teal items can find new homes at our swap table. Whether you're looking to trade or pass them on, someone else will fall in love with what you no longer need. Don’t let teal treasures gather dust—let them shine again! Join us at the swap table and give your teal items a new lease on life. There is no cost to swap.

All registered participants who raise a minimum of $100 will receive a Together in TEAL® event t-shirt.

All registered survivors will receive a special survivor t-shirt celebrating and honoring their role in our Together in TEAL ® event regardless of fundraising level. Registered survivors who raise $100 or more will receive two t-shirts - a TEAL survivor t-shirt and Together in TEAL®  event t-shirt.
