Session 5: Add More, Stress Less: The Positive Plate Approach

Together we will explore a non‑restrictive approach to healthy eating by focusing on adding nutritious foods—like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, nuts, and seeds—to the plate rather than cutting foods out. In doing so, you will naturally create balanced meals, feel full, and improve health, while still allowing comfort foods in moderation. The goal is to build sustainable habits through abundance, color, and satisfaction—not restriction.
