Integrative Health & Wellness Coaching is a whole-person approach that supports lasting lifestyle change. In this session, we will explore the core areas that influence your health and wellbeing: spirituality, nutrition, movement, sleep, environment, relationships, and resilience. Together, we will clarify what matters most to you, assess where you feel balanced (and where you don’t), and identify meaningful, achievable goals. Through guided reflection and practical action steps, you’ll be empowered to create sustainable change and strengthen the connection between mind, body, and spirit.

Hosted by the Mountain and Pacific Region of the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition (NOCC), this complimentary program, designed specifically for ovarian cancer survivors and caregivers, brings our community together to share knowledge, foster connections, and provide practical tools for every stage of the journey.

The program will also include meaningful time for connection and conversation, creating space for survivors to share experiences, encouragement, and hope with one another.

Together, we move forward, stronger, informed, supported.
